Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What is the return policy?  All customers can view the return/refund policy any time by clicking the link at the bottom of the page.  The return/refund policy is clearly stated.  Refunds issued within 10 days.
  • What are the shipping options?  Standard shipping is 7-14 days from the order date.  Different products take different periods of time depending on the source.  
  • When will I receive my order?  Delivery is often much faster, however, we advise 7-14 days from the order date to advise our customers that it could take longer depending on the item.  Please remember these products are custom made to order.  Please be patient with us as we grow and shorten the delivery times.
  • What do I do if I never received my order?  Contact info@skyzerdiscgolf.com and we will look into it and track down your order first.  Customer satisfaction is our priority.
  • What do I do if I receive a defective order?  Contact us via email or via the Contact us Form on the home page.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?  Contact us at info@skyzerdiscgolf.com and if the order has not been placed yet we can modify/refund your order to suit your needs.  We can cancel the order if you do it soon enough, and you can simply reorder.  
  • Where are you located?  Kentucky
  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?  Sourced from quality providers, and the materials are sourced globally from a variety of manufacturers.  Customer satisfaction is our priority.
  • How do I make sure I order the correct size?  You can order the correct size by ordering the size that most often fits you.
  • How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?  The absolute best way to contact us is at info@skyzerdiscgolf.com or on the contact page.  Send us an email and we will respond with 24-48 hours.
